How payouts work
Stripe Connect sends your earnings directly to your bank account or debit card on a weekly schedule.
AuraOne never holds your money. Stripe handles the transfer. AuraOne stores a token that lets it trigger a payout, not your account number.
Changing where earnings go
Switch between a bank account and a debit card at any time in the app under More, then Payout settings. A change applies to the next scheduled transfer rather than one already in flight.
If a payout fails
A failed transfer is usually a closed account or a rejected card. Correct the destination in Payout settings; the amount stays in your balance and is retried. If a payout stays unresolved, open a ticket from the app or through support so the specific transfer can be traced.
