Eligibility
How kits get to you.
Kits ship to operators who've calibrated into the tier. Not a sign-up form. A track record.
Sustained Tier 1 sessions before Tier 2 kit ships.
No rejected-clip pattern on safety in the last 30 days.
Valid payout rail on file and a signed operator agreement.
Address in a jurisdiction we currently ship to. Confirmed during application.
Shipping
Tracked. Checklisted. Time-boxed.
Tracked shipment, inbound
Kit ships with a tracked carrier. We email the tracking number when it leaves the warehouse.
Unboxing checklist
Every kit ships with a one-page checklist. You confirm receipt in the capture app before the first recording.
30-day calibration window
Your first 30 days on a new kit are calibration sessions. The pay-per-clip rate applies from session one.
Returns
When a kit comes back.
Normal wear is on us
Kits are built to record a lot of clips. Scuffs and honest wear are expected.
Damage requires documentation
Damage from misuse is documented through the capture app. The kit is reclaimed and the operator's eligibility is reviewed.
Offboarding returns
When you leave the program or upgrade to the next tier, a prepaid return label ships with the next steps.
The kit ships when you've calibrated into the tier.
Apply to the operator program first. Record on your iPhone. Calibrate. The kit ships.
