The instance workspace is the control point after an offer is selected: provider state, connection details, runtime cost, usage, and termination stay tied to the same instance record.

Instance lifecycle
AuraOne must not mark an instance running, stopped, terminated, or billable until the provider response and reconciled usage support that state.
Create the provider request from the selected offer, image, SSH key, storage, and networking choices.
Return provider instance identity, IP, SSH readiness, and launch diagnostics.
Track runtime, provider cost, customer charge, budget, and billing status.
Confirm provider termination, stop compute billing, preserve final usage, and reconcile the payable.
